Glass Tumbler 250 ml
Composition
- 100 ml pineapple juice (100 %)
- 20 ml orange juice with pulp
- 6 quarters of fresh watermelon making about 60 ml pulp
- 1 dash of strawberry syrup
Character: Refreshing
Fill the blender half with ice; put the juice, the syrup, and the diced watermelon
(no seeds) and mix well. Pour into the tumbler. Add a dash of strawberry syrup.
Decorate with a dice of watermelon and half a strawberry on a pick.

ANANACOLADA

Glass: Fantasy
Composition
- 15 ml coconut milk (non sugared)
- 20 ml cane sugar syrup
- 60 ml pineapple nectar (100 %)
- 20 ml Tahititian pineapple liquor
- 30 ml white rum (47o)
Character: Rich and perfumed
Put ice into a blender; pour the coconut milk, the syrup, liquor and the rum.
Mix well and pour into a fantasy glass. Decorate with a slice of pineapple,
a mint leaf and half a green maraschino cherry. Sprinkle some grated coconut
over the drink.

Composition
- 1 dash strawberry syrup
- 100 ml banana juice or fresh bananas
- 20 ml coconut milk
- 1 dash fresh lemon juice
Character: Rich
Frost the rim of the glass with grated coconut. Fill the blender half with
ice; put the juice, the syrup and the fruits. Mix well and pour into the glass.
Decorate with a skewer with 2 banana rounds and 3 maraschino cherries.

MANGO PUNCH

Glass: Double Cocktail
Composition
- ½ mango
- 20 ml cane sugar syrup
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 40 ml mango nectar
- 20 ml orange liquor
- 30 ml brown rum from Tahiti
Fill a blender with ice. Put the juice, the
alcohol and the mango cut into pieces and mix well.
Pour into glass and decorate with a slice of mango
cut into a fan. |

Composition
- 100 ml coconut milk
- 75 ml pineapple nectar (100 %)
- 25 ml almond milk syrup
Character: Rich
Fill the blender half with ice; put the juice, mix well and pour into the coconut
shell. Decorate with a slice of pineapple, some pineapple leafs and two straws.
